Kind of looks like a thumb wearing a crash helmet, doesn't it? The product description says:

Well reviewed after 13 reviews, though all but one five star review could be from the developer. No one star reviews. One two star complains about not being able to download the app; a three star complains about the controls. We'll update this after there have been a few downloads. Few permissions requires.
