Sons of Zadok (A Charlotte Ansari Thriller), by Gary Lindberg. (Still $0.99?)

"I would recommend this book to any mystery buff who likes to follow a plot based on historical religious clues. It and it's sister companion novel provide fast moving plots that keep you thinking to the end." -- Amazon Reviewer

The first book in this series, #1 BESTSELLER  -
THE SHEKINAH LEGACY,  is also on sale right now for $0.99. Check it out!

★★★★★ The world is again the stage for Gary Lindberg's latest thriller, "Sons of Zadok," a sequel to The Shekinah Legacy, peopled with prophets and pariahs, geeks and gunmen, families and family trees more twisted than ancient bristle cone pines. Lindberg's masterful melding of fact and fiction makes suspension of disbelief a non-factor, always a requisite for the reader's complete enjoyment -- not a mark every writer of thrillers reaches.

The Mother of All Conspiracies

Charlotte Ansari, international correspondent for CCN, has a problem. Her investigation into a clandestine society of assassins has made them very angry. And that's not the most frightening part. Her Asperger's son, who is now the leader of this global, murder-for-hire organization, has assigned its top-ranked assassin to take care of the problem.

This second book in the exciting CHARLOTTE ANSARI THRILLER series takes readers far beyond the boundaries of the first book. This wild ride moves from New York, to Ireland and the Turkish desert as Charlotte and her unwitting companions attempt to penetrate the greatest conspiracy in history. To solve the mystery, Charlotte and her companions must use super-fast quantum computers, decipher the ancient text of the Book of Enoch, trace the bloodlines of Jewish priests back thousands of years, and explore the buried ruins of the oldest temple on earth. The conspiracy they discover, however, is as modern as today's headlines. And even more frightening.

Daimones (Daimones Trilogy), by Massimo Marino. (Still $0.99?)

"It was a real pleasure to read that book! Suspense, action and anxiety, they make it very difficult to stop reading until you reach the end, and then make you ask for more! On the other hand, you read emotions, doubts, and love in every page with modesty, very simple and touching words, which makes the story even more concrete and "true". I rediscovered Geneva in a way that I am almost surprised to see living people in the streets now." -- Amazon Reviewer

Dan Amenta wakes up one morning to discover the world has changed...the Apocalypse has arrived.
Death, destruction, and disaster are spreading around the globe. Yet Dan and his family remain untouched. He begins to fear they are the only three people left alive on Earth. They are not.

Efforts to survive and make contact with others reveal disturbing truths about the human extermination. Dan finds Laura who discloses even more. Her presence - a young, sexy, disruptive girl - adds questions about what is moral and ethical in this new reality.
Then supernatural experiences reported by other survivors force Dan to seek explanations from his own past. Memories of childhood hallucinations strike him with sledgehammer force, bringing him face-to-face with a secret millions of years old. Planet Earth is in the hands of an older power, one Dan never envisioned and dares not disobey...
"Even with the best of intentions, cruelty is just around the corner."

How to Survive When the Bottom Drops Out, by Jt Sather. (Still on sale?)

"It's down to earth, heartfelt, hilarious and completely different to anything I've read before. It feels more like a conversation with a good friend who's "been there and done that" rather than a 'how to' book. Most of us are lucky enough never to have found ourselves having to face these difficulties but I imagine for those who have or are, this book would bring a whole lot of comfort and lets face it pretty darned good advice." -- Amazon Reviewer

There is a lot of discussion these days about whether or not the economy is improving. Here are two facts: The economy has been very, very bad and the only way it is going to improve for you is if you take control of your situation.

Jt Sather, author of How To Survive When the Bottom Drops Out, has ridden the economic roller coaster for twenty years. He's experienced the highs of a multi-million dollar construction business and the lows of squatting in a friend's foreclosed mansion. He doesn't base his future on Wall Street but on Main Street.

In his debut book, he tells the brutal truth, but with humor and hope; reviewers have described it as listening to a great storyteller share his life over a couple of beers. No matter where you are in the Economic Recovery, you'll find anecdotes and advice you can use today, tomorrow, and whenever the bottom drops out of your life.

A Message From the Author:

I'm not a psychologist, social worker, guru, nor mad genius (that last one's debatable.) I'm just a guy who has lived many lives, and learned how to enjoy them. This book was written for the purpose of entertainment with an enlightening undertone. What you take from it is entirely up to you. This is how I've survived the turbulence I've encountered throughout my flight, and the advice given is tongue in cheek, with some true heart sprinkled on top. If you love to love, and laugh, then you'll enjoy this read. The experiences you'll discover inside are my own, so don't you go judgin' me, now. Live your own life, and I'll offer you the same courtesy. I just want you to enjoy the days you have left on this rock, and wake up with a story now and then. If you don't have at least a few good ones, then what was the point? Here's how I did it, and will continue to do so, until I slide sideways and barrel roll into a casket.

....J.T. has written a semi-autobiographical story of his life’s experiences and how he has managed to survive them. In reading through the book, which is formatted somewhat like a manual; that is, a “how to do” book on living and surviving. The language, occasionally a bit salty, speaks to the common person about common things and most of the advice and self-help items could apply to living in a larger city, or in areas such as Ontonagon County.
In reading through this little book of 117 pages, it becomes clear that J.T. has lived not one, but several lives, and has no plans to quit at this point.
Some of the sage advice from J.T. and his life’s associates:
About life’s trials in general: “Not everyone is predestined to crash and burn, yet it doesn’t mean you can travel without uninsured motorist coverage.”
Regarding running a business: “Don’t worry about th details, just do the right thing, and the money will follow.”
On eating habits: “Beer may sustain some, but there are those poor weak souls that require supplements.”
This advice manual is arranged into helpful chapters with specific tips on how to survive and eventually recover from life crises that may occur. For example:
Chapter 2: The Assessment…that is, just how bad is your situation and what is left? Also what should you keep and what should you discard'
Chapter 3: Where Are You Going to Live?
Chapter 5: How Are You Going to Eat?
Chapter 9: How to Find Work
...The author has played the cards he has been dealt, and continues to do so. In conclusion, J.T.’s final word of advice is “Choose your battles wisely….nobody’s getting out of this life alive.”
J.T. Sather has lived the good life, and also had some real mishaps, some of which were self-induced. His philosophy to move on pervades this little book and his story could be something of an inspiration to many who find themselves in similar straits.

The Bearwalker's Daughter (The Native American Warrior Series), by Beth Trissel. (Still $2.99?)

"The Bearwalker's Daughter is one of the best western novels I have ever read. It's packed with action, drama, and romance. Beth Trissel transports you into a world of cowboys and Indians, with a subtle touch of paranormal. Her amazing characters grab you from the first page. The charming Karin is the perfect historical heroine, with the right amount of sweetness and boldness" -- Amazon Reviewer

A Handsome Frontiersman, Mysterious Scots-Irish Woman, Shapeshifting Warrior, Dark Secret, Pulsing Romance...The Bearwalker's Daughter
Karin McNeal hasn't grasped who she really is or her fierce birthright. A tragic secret from the past haunts the young Scots-Irish woman who longs to learn more of her mother's death and the mysterious father no one will name. The elusive voices she hears in the wind hint at the dramatic changes soon to unfold in the mist-shrouded Alleghenies in Autumn, 1784.

Jack McCray, the wounded stranger who staggers through the door on the eve of her twentieth birthday and anniversary of her mother's death, holds the key to unlock the past. Will Karin let this handsome frontiersman lead her to the truth and into his arms, or seek the shelter of her fiercely possessive kinsmen? Is it only her imagination or does someone, or something, wait beyond the brooding ridges--for her?
