In this thriller from novelist and screenwriter Michaelbrent Collings, a mysterious force causes children to kill their parents.

"[Apparition is] a gripping, pulse hammering journey that refuses to relent until the very final act. The conclusion that unfolds may cause you to sleep with the lights on for a spell or perhaps compel you to issue professional therapy invoice to one Michaelbrent Collings....Yet be forewarned perhaps it is best reserved for day time reading." -

"Apparition is uncompromising and relentless.... highly recommended...." - Horror-Web

Every year, thousands of children are killed... by their own parents.

Now, Shane Wills is about to discover why. About to discover an evil that has existed since the beginning of time.

An evil that invades loving parents and turns them into something else. An evil that feeds on the blood and despair of dying children.

An evil that most people will never know, because they cannot perceive the APPARITION.

Amish Faith: An Amish Christian Romance, by Sarah Price. (Still 0.99?)

You asked for Amish romances, and here's an exceptionally praised one from Sarah Price - just 99 cents today!

"I have read most all of Sarah Price's books, and this one is my favorite. It is a beautiful story of friendship, and the many facets of love. I read it in one setting. I very rarely go back and read a book a second time, but this one I will read again." -- Amazon reviewer

A new full-length novel from Sarah Price!

Based on her own experiences living among the Amish for over twenty-five years as well as her own Mennonite heritage, Sarah Price once again takes readers on an unforgettable journey to the heart of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Faith Landes and Rebecca Yoder were friends from a young age. The one was raised Mennonite while the other was raised Amish. Despite the differences in their upbringing, they remain life-long "bestest" friends. When tragedy strikes, a promise made in their youth is put to the test with the guiding hand of Rebecca. This remarkable story explores a once-in-a-lifetime friendship that changes lives throughout the Amish community.

What Readers Are Saying...
If you wanted to learn all you could about the Amish culture and traditions but only had time for one book, this would be the one.
Jean Marc

One of the most authentic Amish stories that I have read to date. Sarah Price continues to amaze me with how much she truly knows both the Amish culture and the religion. This type of knowledge can only come from someone who has immersed herself into their lives. Bravo for a job well done…again!

A Different Blue, by Amy Harmon. (Still 0.99?)

Over 250 five-star reviews for this inspiring story of despair, redemption, and the unlikely friendship between a high school student and her British teacher.

"The emotional fierceness of A Different Blue will cut to the core of the reader. Amy Harmon has written a story with such allure and relevance, and she has once again displayed how to eloquently write a story that will move the reader beyond words." -- Romantic Reading Escapes

Blue Echohawk doesn't know who she is. She doesn't know her real name or when she was born. Abandoned at two and raised by a drifter, she didn't attend school until she was ten years old. At nineteen, when most kids her age are attending college or moving on with life, she is just a senior in high school. With no mother, no father, no faith, and no future, Blue Echohawk is a difficult student, to say the least. Tough, hard and overtly sexy, she is the complete opposite of the young British teacher who decides he is up for the challenge, and takes the troublemaker under his wing.

This is the story of a nobody who becomes somebody. It is the story of an unlikely friendship, where hope fosters healing and redemption becomes love. But falling in love can be hard when you don't know who you are. Falling in love with someone who knows exactly who they are and exactly why they can't love you back might be impossible.

Random Acts of Crazy, by Julia Kent. (Still 0.99?)

A humorous and saucy romantic comedy, nearing the top of the Amazon charts this month.

"Amazingly funny! I've only read one other book by Julia Kent, but she is at her best here. Darla is a sassy, witty character and I love the dialogue between her and Trevor. What a way to find your childhood crush again!! Loved it, can't wait to read more." -- Amazon reviewer

I never intended to pick up a naked hitchhiker wearing nothing but a guitar. A guitar. Really. I don't collect guys like that (don't ask what kind of guys I do collect), but when you spot a blonde, tanned, sculpted man with a gorgeous smile and his thumb poking up and practically begging you to stop - you stop.

And I definitely never thought I'd be staring into the bright blue eyes of Trevor Connor, the lead singer for Random Acts of Crazy, an indie rock star I followed like the slobbering fileshare fangirl I am. How he came to be nude and lost six hundred miles from home is quite the tale, but how we fell in love is even more unreal.

Because someone like Trevor Connor, headed to Harvard Law next year, isn't supposed to want someone like me, a rural Ohio chick majoring in Boredom at Convenience Store University who is all curves and frizzy blonde hair and manners so unpolished they have sharp edges that make you bleed.

But he did.

When his best friend, Joe Ross, the bass player for Random Acts of Crazy and a man who makes Calvin Klein models look like Shrek, drove eleven hours through the night to rescue him, though, it got real complicated. It's one thing to like two different guys and be torn.

What do you do, though, when maybe - just maybe - you don't have to choose'

As my Aunt Josie says sometimes, "It's always complicated."

Random Acts of Crazy is a standalone, full-length novel (300+ pages, 85,000 words) featuring Darla Jo(sephine) Jennings, the 22-year-old niece of Josie Mendham from the Her Two Billionaires series. It has, like many New Adult novels, an exploration of sexuality for the three main characters, doesn't shy away from mature content, and Darla has a sailor's mouth.
