"Just finished Ed Robinson's book (Leap of Faith) on chucking it all and heading off on a boat. I usually HATE any "look-at-me-livin-the-life" yarn but Ed is a gifted writer and offers an intelligent perspective on the process of getting out from under the hypnotic spell, and subsequent debt, of consumerism ... then saving (just) enough to be enough ... and finally winning the freedom and lifestyle that ascetic living can offer anyone. Good one on ya Ed!" -- Mark Doyle, author of On The Water Chart Guides and Cruise Guide for the Intercoastal Waterway.
"Ed hit the nail on the head so hard in chapter 7, "Debt Free Equals Freedom" and chapter 8, "Save, Save, Save". I recommended everyone in the USA to buy this book and read it if for nothing else, these two chapters. If you follow Ed's brilliant advice, your life will be forever changed and all for the better. The book clearly lays out how ANYONE can get out of debt and live with forever freedom. This was a great read and think it is awesome that this couple changed their lives so positively by doing just some simple adjustments in how they live their life." -- Jim Baugh, Outdoors TV

They gave up everything and now they have it all.
Follow them as they leave the working world behind and become carefree boat bums and beachcombers. Read how one couple got rid of all their belongings, quit their jobs, and moved onto a boat. This is a story of finding happiness in paradise through simplicity of life. It’s tales from tropical adventures. It’s a simple plan for financial freedom. It’s social commentary on the state of today’s society, sprinkled throughout with lyrics from the songs that inspired them.
